Outsourcing Artist
Run the 3D art outsourcing pipelines at Arrowhead!
Arrowhead is growing and working on an upcoming AAA, 3rd person, co-op shooter! We're looking for someone to support our 3D art outsourcing pipelines. A thorough-minded game artist, eager to collaborate with our developers in Stockholm as well as our external teams at various locations around the world.
Each team member at Arrowhead is passionate about giving a kickass effort in order to create great games. We believe it is important to have dedicated, friendly and helpful people around you.
Your contribution
By running our art outsource pipelines you will be;
- Safeguarding quality of deliveries by reviewing low poly drafts of 3D art assets
- Ensuring assets are optimized for game implementation;
- Maintaining relationships with external art teams;
- Partnering with art leads to plan outsourcing assignments;
- Creating all necessary briefs for assignments to be outsourced;
- Owning the feedback loop from external iteration to internal signoff.
Essential to succeed
Do you see yourself in the following;
- Senior developer with 5+ years in the games industry;
- Experience working as a 3D artist in game development with a keen eye for quality;
- Familiar with 3D art pipeline tech and optimization details in game development;
- Well versed in collaborating in a multinational environment;
- Excelling at written and verbal communication
Bonus qualification
- Experience from outsourcing management
Practical information
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours per week. We offer a permanent position and for the right candidate we offer relocation aid.
Location: Stockholm, however working remotely can be discussed for the right candidate.
