IT Support Technician

The Team
Are you looking for a fun and dynamic workplace and have a passion for technology? Arrowhead Game Studios is now looking for our next IT Support Technician to further bolster our growing IT department!
You will be a vital part of the IT team, with primary focus on technical support. This includes supporting our growing game development studio with technical issues that may occur, troubleshooting hardware and software at the studio and assisting in different IT projects that may arise.
Your contribution
As an IT Support Technician, you main tasks and responsibilities are:
- Setting up and installing hardware, software and accounts for new employees
- Troubleshooting equipment and providing technical support (both hardware as well as software)
- Responding to and monitoring incoming tickets sent to IT
- Maintaining shared areas and equipment such as meeting rooms and printers
- Assist in various IT projects
Our requirements
- A few years of experience in IT support or similar role
- Proficient skills in Windows 10/11
- Good understanding of computer networking
- Experience with working with Windows infrastructure (Active Directory, domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, Certificate Authority, group policies, etc)
- Aptitude for new ideas and enjoy learning new things
- Good English and Swedish communication skills (verbal and written)
Bonus qualifications
- Personal interest in computers and technology, e.g. building computers
- Experience with providing user support
- Experience with Google workspace
- A proven problem solver in fast paced environment
- Flexibility in working hours
- Linux experience
Practical information
Scope: Full-time, 40 hours a week. We offer a permanent position
