We are now looking for an IT Manager

As an experienced IT Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how technology empowers creativity and growth across our game development studio. You’ll lead and develop the IT team, oversee studio-wide systems and operations, and ensure our infrastructure scales seamlessly as we continue to raise the bar. This is a strategic leadership role that combines hands-on expertise with the vision and structure needed to make IT a genuine enabler for everyone at the studio.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the IT team to ensure structure, accountability, and growth.

• Manage IT operations and strategy to deliver secure, reliable, and scalable systems.

• Design and evolve IT processes and tools that enable smooth collaboration across the studio.

• Oversee the IT budget, procurement, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-efficient, high-value outcomes.

• Advise leadership on technology planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement.

• Champion a collaborative, service-minded culture that enables both creative freedom and operational excellence.

Who you are

• A confident IT leader with experience managing teams and complex systems in a creative or technical environment.

• Skilled in IT operations, process design, and scaling systems for growth.

• Comfortable balancing strategic planning with hands-on leadership and problem-solving.

• Experienced in budgeting, vendor management, and technology procurement.

• A clear communicator who builds trust, promotes collaboration, and drives results.

Practical Information

Scope: Full-time: 40 hours per week with initial 6 month probation period.
Location: Office first, hybrid solution possible.
